One of our main goals as an organization this year is ‘Investing in Training & Development.’ Greg worked with us to create a leadership development program based on his book Water The Bamboo. Greg spent time learning about our organization and our development needs, and wove into the program a curriculum that was specific to our culture. We have graduated 6 hohorts of leaders from the program, and expect to have another group attend the program in the upcoming year.
