Many people start the New Year with resolutions of losing weight, learning a new language, and saving money. Most of us set resolutions because we believe that we will become a better person and perhaps happier if we accomplish these resolutions.
I believe that being happier is more straightforward than we make it out to be. Too often, we focus on everything going wrong in our lives that we forget to focus on all the things going well.
By focusing on what’s going well, we can rewire our brain to be happier and more positive. That’s why instead of making some grandiose New Year’s resolutions, let’s make this the year of What’s Going Well.
